Inform the customer about the toll-free customer service and consultation hotline
Send condolence cards to the family on the hundredth day of the deceased passing and annual remembrance days
Offer free consultation services and guidance on rites on the hundredth day of the deceased passing, annual remembrance day, combined urn, and seasonal offerings along with key considerations
